Parents and Carers Support

"Everything I say is wrong"

"No matter what I say, I can't get them to eat"

"They're so depressed, I feel helpless".

Sound familiar?

Supporting someone through an eating disorder can feel like walking on eggshells - terrified of saying the wrong thing, watching the person you love disappear behind an illness you can’t fix.

No one gives us a handbook, Family Based Treatment advice is often vague, and Google isn't helping.

So how are you supposed to support your loved one without losing yourself in the process?

Whether you're a parent supporting your daughter or son, a husband or wife supporting your spouse, or a friend who wants to know what to say and what not to say, this course is for you.

I have guided countless families and spouses to support their loved ones and accelerate their recovery, rather than hinder it.

You’ll walk away knowing what to say, what to avoid, and how to be the calm, steady anchor your loved one needs.

Because when the support system gets stronger, recovery gets faster.

How 'Parents & Carers Support'
Works...

You’ll have five private online sessions, each 30 minutes long, every fortnight.

This gives you time to reflect, apply what you’ve learned, and come back with questions or new challenges as they arise.

Each call is designed to strengthen your confidence, give you the correct language and tools, and help you stay grounded even in the most challenging moments.

You’ll leave each session with clarity, calm, and practical steps you can take straight away.

The block of five sessions is £300, and spaces are limited, so I can offer each family the support and attention they deserve.
