Beyond the Reflection

Could you feel comfortable never stepping on the scales again? Or wear your favourite clothes purely because you love them? What if I told you the answer is 'YES'?

I spent most of my adult life at war with my body. I believed my worth was based on my dress size, and people would only take me seriously if I were thin. Sound familiar?

Thanks to the multi-billion dollar diet industry, we are led to believe that we are flawed and need fixing - this is not true! I will help you recognise your conditioning and the behaviours that have you stuck in a cycle of shame.

We will work together interactively to end your body battles and appreciate and be proud of your body!

How 'Beyond the Reflection' 
Coaching Works

We always start with a course of 12 sessions, meeting weekly for 45 minutes. Sessions are held in person (in Cheltenham and some surrounding Gloucestershire) areas or online. 

In between our sessions, you will be implementing actions and growth work we have structured during our sessions.

​You will be challenged to break out of your comfort zone and debunk those diet-mentality beliefs. Everyone's journey is different, so your program will be tailored to your individual needs.​

​

This program is suitable for teens and adults.
