Eating Disorder Recovery
The 'Heal and Harmonise' program is a client-centred journey where we use therapeutic, spiritual, and practical guidance to help you make peace with food.

Heal and Harmonise
Feeling out of control with food can be paralysing. Whether you're restricting, purging or binging, making your world as small as possible is what your eating disorder wants.

I understand how soul-destroying a disordered relationship with food and your reflection can be. You may be in a place where you don't want to recover, or perhaps you feel that your problem isn't big enough yet, or maybe you've had a troublesome time with GLP-1 injections. Whatever your story, one thing I have learned is that no one ever regrets recovery.

Conventional therapies don't work for many people, especially autistic and other neurodivergent people. We will work together interactively to reach a place where you respect and nurture your body. Together, we will recognise and challenge the ED voice and rediscover your joy for life!
The core aim of my programme is to create lasting behavioural and emotional changes that will support you throughout life after coaching.
"Counting calories is not the answer because eating is not the problem"

How 'Heal and Harmonise'
Coaching Works
Eating disorder recovery does not have a quick fix. We always start with a three or six-month course, meeting weekly for 45 minutes. Sessions are held in person (if in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire) or online.
Between our sessions, you will implement the actions and goals we have structured during our sessions.

We will raise your awareness of your inner dialogue and base your recovery on your values and your 'why'. Everyone's journey is different, so your program will be tailored to your individual needs.

Light Minds Collective has partnered with a registered dietitian and an exercise rehabilitation centre specialising in eating disorder recovery. If you require additional support beyond our coaching, these resources are available.

This program is suitable for women aged 15+ and adults.
