The course is made up of 4 chapters, which are self-serve, virtual and can be done in your own time. Although the course is scheduled for 12 weeks, you have 5 months to complete it.

Chapter 1 -
Understanding You

Peel back the layers of your conditioning that have created your current behaviours. Recognise the thoughts and beliefs that you have adopted as your own.

Chapter 2 –
Your Relationship with You

Observe how you internally speak to and treat yourself daily and the impact it’s having on your life.

Chapter 3 -
Healing You

Begin letting go of everything that is holding you back, and rewrite your self-esteem story. Learn new ways of coping and start meeting yourself with compassion.

Chapter 4 –
The New You

Start your journey as someone who is empowered, strong and resilient. Become an activist against diet culture!

About Zoë

Zoë is an Eating Disorder Recovery and Body Image Coach. She is an Expert by Experience for Gloucestershire Eating Disorder Services, and her services are part of the social prescribing network. Additionally, Zoë is part of the Body Project research team at the University of Gloucestershire and a Lived Experience Advisor at the Eating Disorder Exercise Clinic.

 

Growing up in the dance industry led Zoë to internalise the message that success came from living in a smaller body, resulting in disordered eating and a lifetime of body image struggles until she understood how to heal.

 

Zoë’s mission is simple: to guide and inspire women to appreciate and honour the body they’re already living in.
