About Zoë
My name is Zoë Harwood, and I founded Light Minds Collective.

​With over 20 years of experience in mindset coaching (in the dance industry and beyond), I have created a compassionate, soul-centred space for my clients to heal and grow through anxiety, eating disorders and poor body image.
I combine holistic and creative methods to guide each person to live with confidence and integrity, using their ‘why’ as their North Star.
My approach focuses on gentle empowerment, soulful alignment, and redefining self-worth. I offer tools that go beyond clinical approaches, allowing clients to experience true food freedom and body confidence.
