"Zoë has been coaching my teenage daughter with some really tough mental health conditions. With her skills, experience and, above all, her compassionate and loving approach, she has managed to connect in a way that other therapists have not. We have seen some real progress and Zoë's care and support has been invaluable. We would highly recommend her work with teenagers." ~ Liz

"Zoë has been fantastic in working with our teenage daughter who has an eating disorder. We had tried private counselling without success, but our daughter took to Zoe on the first session. She felt comfortable speaking to her about her eating disorder, but hadn’t wanted to talk to her counsellor about it, so this was a big result and relief for us." ~ Lisa

Supporting You

If food feels complicated, exercise feels driven by guilt, or your body never quite feels good enough, you are not alone.

Many people believe they need a diagnosis to seek help. In reality, many individuals struggle with food and body image long before receiving any formal diagnosis.

I support clients experiencing:

Anorexia and restrictive eating
• Orthorexia (an obsession with eating ‘healthy or perfectly’)
• Bulimia
• Binge eating
• Disordered eating patterns
• Body image distress
• Compulsive or guilt-driven exercise

If food rules, body dissatisfaction, or anxiety around eating are affecting your daily life, support can help.

Please note: I do not currently support individuals with ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder).

Recovery from an eating disorder is a gradual process. Research suggests that meaningful and lasting recovery can take between two and seven years.

This timeframe allows space not only for physical healing but also for rebuilding a peaceful relationship with food, movement, and body image.

Many of my clients choose to work with me for 18–24 months, which allows time for deep and sustainable change.

However, sessions are booked in blocks of 10, meaning you are never tied into long-term contracts and can move at a pace that feels right for you.

I am an Eating Disorder Recovery and Body Image Coach with over twenty years of experience supporting teens and women.

As a former dancer, I have recovered from my own disordered eating and body image struggles, and I understand both the complexity of recovery and the courage it takes to pursue it.

I now help others rebuild trust with food, develop body respect, and step into a more peaceful and confident relationship with themselves.
